Delivery address validation
After signing the agreement, you need to validate your delivery address: log in, open Profile → Delivery addresses and validation → Validate address. The validation process follows official car manufacturers' standards to verify that your repair facility meets the minimum requirements to work with authorised vehicle brands — an essential step toward approved status and accessing original parts at wholesale prices.
You will be guided through 11 steps where you upload photos and numbers; it usually takes up to 15 minutes. Startpit then checks the submission, usually within 2 working days. You will need:
- Total number of employees at this location (full time).
- Total number of employees working part time.
- Number of vehicle lifts used for repair work.
- Number of inspection pits for vehicle repairs.
- Number of test stands for vehicle diagnostics.
- Photos of your repair shop: lifts, pits, stands, address sign, building signage, exterior, reception and office (if you have no separate office, you may re-use the reception photo). Example photos are shown at each step.
You then sign a declaration confirming that all purchased auto parts will be used solely for repair purposes and will not be resold or exported to third countries.
An approved address is valid for one year and must be re-validated before it expires. The validated / next-validation dates and the full validation log are visible on the company profile. Detailed address information, contact persons and the validation log become visible to the other company only after the first order between the two companies.
